  Charming little cheese store that offers a huge variety. Samples are always offered with a bit of history and possible wine paring opportunities. Staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Dedrick's is my first choice if I am attending a dinner party and need to bring a dish. It is never a typical cheese & crackers platter when using Dedrick's cheese, it is always exceptional. We are lucky to have such a wonderful place.
